Prices on the Website are displayed in USD and may be subject to additional taxes, duties and charges, which are shown at checkout.

If you pay with a card denominated in another currency, your card issuer’s exchange rate at the time of payment will apply.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available: when you choose it, no payment is taken online and the order total is due when your order is delivered.

Where you choose a payment method other than Cash on Delivery, our team will contact you to arrange payment before your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline orders where we believe payment is unauthorized, the payment method is invalid, or you are not entitled to use the relevant payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made at the time of delivery. For all other orders, we will not make delivery until payment has been received.

Delivery is normally approximately 3 to 7 business days for shipments within the United States, and in any case not more than 30 business days after your order is confirmed.

You are responsible for shipping costs, applicable sales tax, and any other fees associated with delivery, as shown at checkout.

Any delivery dates quoted are approximate only and are not binding. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including production, shipment, or transportation issues.

Once the product is physically delivered to you, all responsibilities and risks relating to that product pass to you.

We only accept returns within 5 days of delivery, and only if these conditions are met:

• The product has not been used or installed and is in the same condition as received.
• All original labels, manuals, fixings, and accessories are included.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• The product is not damaged.

Customized or made-to-order products, sealed items opened after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, perishable goods, and final sale items cannot be returned.

By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge and agree that full liability for the product(s) rests with the manufacturer, and we carry no product liability for those items, except where the law provides otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and the applicable federal laws of the United States. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Mississippi.
